Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in these circumstances:

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or road conditions beyond our control
  • Access issues at pickup or delivery locations not communicated in advance
  • Damage to items that were improperly packed by the customer
  • Changes in moving scope requested by the customer after service began
  • No-show by customer at scheduled pickup or delivery time

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your service date via phone or email with your booking reference number
  2. Provide documentation including photos of any damage, receipts, or other relevant evidence
  3. Describe the issue clearly and explain why you believe a refund is warranted
  4. Wait for our response — we'll review your request and get back to you within 7 business days
